At the helm of our Group is Antonio Federico Di Marco Pernice, a leader whose career began with a bold idea: research isn’t just about answers; it’s about uncovering the questions that drive progress.
Since founding MPS in 1990, Antonio has transformed that vision into a thriving ecosystem of knowledge, building not just a company but a legacy of knowledge, innovation, and transformation. His vision also powers NT Next, our digital-focused communication agency, creating solutions that connect insights to action.
Over three decades, he has become a trusted strategist for Italy’s most influential industries—finance, Telco, media, FMCG, and beyond. His work reflects a singular “why” to help businesses and brands evolve by deeply understanding the people they serve.
His expertise has shaped decisions at the highest level, yet his true passion lies in sharing knowledge. As a university lecturer, he empowers future leaders to embrace the transformative power of research.
